Diagnostic Fee: Free
First time customers are charged a minimum of one hour labor. We do our best to fill that hour for you, even if we are done in a half-hour. We want you to get your money’s worth!
What are your payment terms?
Our terms are as follows:
Payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements have been made prior.
We accept cash and checks.
Labor charges do not include parts.
We do not charge an hourly rate for overnight virus scans or data recovery scans.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes we do!
We sell Gift Cards in 1 hour increments. In other words, one card is worth 1 hour of labor.
Gift cards:
do not cover parts
have no cash value
are non-refundable
are good for residential customers only
good for one visit (perfect for first time customers)
expire one year from date of purchase
